Maple and Brown Sugar Carrots
Wash and cut the carrots into 1 inch sections. While doing so, melt the butter in a medium saucepan.
Add carrots and remaining ingredients into the pan. Stir to blend ingredients.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer for 15-20 mins. Until carrots are soft and most of the liquid has evaporated.
*Serve immediately for warm carrots. You can also put them into the fridge to serve chilled.*
